Light-Filled Period Home
Soft creams, crystal chandeliers and joinery that does the hard work: arched bookshelves around the stove, a bay-window bath and a walk-in dressing room.
The story
A calm, light-filled palette runs through this period home. Arched alcove bookshelves frame the wood-burning stove in the living room, crystal chandeliers hang from restored ceiling roses, and floor-length sheers soften the tall windows.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has a freestanding roll-top bath in the bay window, burr-walnut bedside chests and panelled walls with picture lights leading through to a fitted walk-in dressing room.
