Offices, shops and restaurants

Commercial Interior Design

Workspaces and shopfronts need to work hard and feel like the brand. Charlotte has designed and managed office moves, start-up fit-outs, a Covent Garden restaurant and a Brixton wellness shop, often on tight timelines and start-up budgets.

Commercial Interior Design in short

Arranged by Charlotte designs offices, shops and restaurants that reflect the brand and work hard every day. Projects include Trussle’s 5,700 sq ft London office for 130 people, the Flox.ai start-up office delivered in 15 days on a £5,000 budget, Benitos restaurant in Covent Garden and a herbal wellness shop in Brixton.

Expect inventive, practical solutions: pallet step-seating instead of a £30,000 quote, storage walls that hide the TV, and spaces planned around how teams actually work.

The rooms look and feel better than I could ever have imagined.

Having seen the amazing job Charlotte did in a friend’s house, I just knew she was the right person to design my children’s new rooms. Her design instinct, appreciation of colour and knack of pulling everything together for an ‘effortlessly’ cohesive look is just wonderful. She is responsive, punctual and truly unflappable. As well as her creative skills she managed builders, plumbers, decorators, carpenters and electricians with skill and was super flexible around our family schedule. The rooms look and feel better than I could ever have imagined. Thank you Charlotte!

FAQ

Commercial Interior Design: your questions

Do you design offices and commercial spaces?

Yes. Charlotte has managed Trussle’s growth and office moves since 2017, including a 5,700 sq ft office planned for 130 people, delivered a ten-person Flox.ai office in 15 days on a £5,000 budget, and designed Benitos restaurant in Covent Garden and a Brixton wellness shop.

Can you work to a tight budget?

Yes. Commercial projects often run on start-up budgets. For Trussle, a £30,000 quote for step seating was replaced with upcycled pallets for a fraction of the price. Benitos’ refurb was designed around recycling and upcycling, and options can be priced in budget, medium and luxe tiers.
