Prices & packages
How much does an interior designer cost with Arranged by Charlotte?
E-design has fixed prices: £399 per room for Essential, £699 for Premium and £999 for Deluxe, excluding kitchens and bathrooms. Full-service interior design, consultations, commercial projects and home staging are quoted individually after an initial conversation, because the scope of each project is different.
What is included in the £399 Essential e-design package?
Essential includes a 20-minute discovery call, one mood board, two paint colours and a wallpaper choice, up to ten furniture and accessory picks, and a shopping list with direct links. You also get a 20-day support window with one 30-minute call and one change.
What is the difference between the Premium and Deluxe packages?
Premium (£699) adds a 2D floor plan, lighting picks and up to 15 items. Deluxe (£999) adds two 3D renderings, up to 20 items, a full lighting plan, introductions to Charlotte’s trusted trades and a 30-day support window with three changes instead of one.
Do e-design prices include kitchens and bathrooms?
No. E-design prices are per room and exclude kitchens and bathrooms, which need technical layouts, plumbing and electrical planning. Charlotte does design kitchens and bathrooms, including fully rebuilt bathrooms in Clapham and South London, so get in touch for a tailored quote.
How it works
How does e-design work?
Complete a short questionnaire, then have a discovery call with Charlotte. She creates your mood board, colour scheme, furniture and lighting picks and, depending on the package, a floor plan and 3D renderings. You receive a linked shopping list and a support window for questions and changes.
What does the all-inclusive interior design service include?
Everything from concept to final styling: to-scale floor plans, mood boards, 3D renderings, a room-by-room budget sheet, furniture and material procurement with samples, on-site management of contractors and suppliers, and final styling. You have a single point of contact throughout.
Can you manage builders, electricians and other trades?
Yes. On-site management is part of the all-inclusive service. Arranged by Charlotte sources contractors, acts as the main point of contact, oversees suppliers and deliveries, and keeps projects on schedule and on budget with trusted decorators, plumbers, electricians, carpenters and builders built up over five years.
Can I book a one-off design consultation?
Yes. Consultations are available on site or over Zoom. You discuss style, layout, colour and décor with Charlotte and leave with a clear roadmap. It is ideal if you know what you like but not where to start, or want a fresh perspective before renovating.
Where we work
Where is Arranged by Charlotte based?
The London studio address is 1 St Saviour's Rd, Brixton Hill, London SW2 5HP. Since March 2026 Charlotte has also been based in the Málaga area of Spain, so the studio now works across South London and the Costa del Sol, with e-design available anywhere.
Do you still work with London clients now Charlotte is in Spain?
Yes, a lot. E-design gives you a full plan, sourcing and layouts wherever you are, and Charlotte’s trusted trades are still on the ground in London for hands-on work. Get in touch with your postcode and timeline to discuss the right approach for your project.
Which areas of London do you cover?
Most projects are in South and South West London, including Brixton, Clapham, Balham, Battersea and Crystal Palace, with past work in Paddington, Covent Garden and Ladbroke Grove too. E-design works for any UK address, and Charlotte also takes on projects around Málaga and Fuengirola.
Style & budget
What is Charlotte’s design style?
Born and raised in Sweden, Charlotte blends Scandinavian calm with vintage finds and clean modern lines, but she doesn’t stick to the “less is more” rulebook. She loves mixing eras, playing with bold colour and making spaces feel lived-in, loved and full of personality rather than showroom-perfect.
Do you work with small budgets?
Yes. Examples include a ten-person start-up office delivered for £5,000 in 15 days, a spare bedroom refreshed on a three-figure budget with clever DIY, and step seating built from upcycled pallets instead of a £30,000 quote. E-design from £399 per room is the most affordable way to start.
Do you design offices, shops and restaurants?
Yes. Commercial work includes Trussle’s 5,700 sq ft London office planned for 130 people, the Flox.ai office in West London, Benitos restaurant in Covent Garden and a herbal and wellness shop in Brixton. Charlotte has managed Trussle’s office moves and growth since 2017.
Do I have to buy furniture through you?
With e-design you buy everything yourself from a shopping list with direct links, at your own pace. On all-inclusive projects procurement is handled for you: samples are ordered once the concept is agreed, and every item is tracked on a budget sheet with supplier, cost and delivery time.
