All photographs, designs, drawings and text on this site belong to Arranged by Charlotte or its collaborators and clients. Please don’t reuse them without permission. Project photography credits are given where known.

Prices and services

E-design packages are priced per room as shown on the E-Design page and exclude kitchens and bathrooms. All other services are quoted individually. A project only begins once we have agreed a written proposal or contract, which sets out the scope, fees, payment terms, cancellation rights and support window, and takes precedence over anything on this website.

Third-party products and trades

Shopping lists link to third-party retailers whose prices, stock and terms may change. Where we introduce trades, they contract with you directly unless your agreement with us says otherwise.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate but provide it “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
