About

Hej! I’m Charlotte, the one who can’t leave a crooked picture frame alone.

I’ve always been drawn to beautiful spaces, but more than that, I have a slightly obsessive need to arrange, tweak and make things feel just right. Not in a matchy-matchy, showroom kind of way, but in a way that makes a space feel whole, effortless and unmistakably you.

Charlotte Bergman, founder of Arranged by Charlotte

From Sweden to South London to Málaga

Born and raised in Sweden, I moved to London 13 years ago and quickly fell in love with its energy, its eclectic mix of styles and, let’s be honest, the craziness of it all. My design journey truly took off when we bought our Victorian townhouse in London: the blend of old-world charm with my Scandinavian minimalist roots became the hallmark of my style.

I’ve never stuck strictly to the Scandinavian “less is more” rulebook. I love mixing eras, playing with bold colours, and making spaces feel lived-in, loved and full of personality.

I started Arranged by Charlotte in 2020 with one goal: to create spaces that make people feel good. Whether it’s a cosy home or an inspiring office, I bring order to the chaos, style to the everyday, and a little fun to the process.

In March 2026 the CHO, Roma the dog and I moved to Málaga. New country, same business, same standards. I still work with London clients a lot, through e-design and with my trusted trades on the ground.

How I work

Concept to completion, so you don’t have to.

  • Listen first

Every project starts with how you live, what isn’t working and what you love.

  • Mix, don’t match

Vintage finds, bold colour and clean lines, layered until it feels like you.

  • Spend wisely

High-street and statement pieces, upcycling and DIY where they make sense.

  • Sweat the details

From the lighting plan to the last cushion, nothing is left crooked.

Team & collaborators

Your clarity and decisiveness made the process seamless and inspiring.

Thank you, Charlotte, for entrusting me to collaborate with you on the stunning three-storey Victorian house in Balham. It was such a rewarding experience, and I truly enjoyed understanding your vision and how you wanted to highlight the home’s character through thoughtful design. From the outset, it was clear that you had a strong creative direction, and I appreciated your clarity and decisiveness — it made the process seamless and inspiring. I was especially thrilled to source unique pieces from flea markets and Alfies Antique Market, knowing how much joy these details brought to you and the space. Your ability to curate with such an astute eye, while remaining open to new styling perspectives, made working together an absolute pleasure.
